The purpose of this paper is to allow you to research more fully and understand a specific theory of leadership. The ultimate goal is to apply your newly gained leadership theory knowledge to your current (or ideal) workplace. If you are currently unemployed or if you do not currently have leadership responsibilities, please use your leadership theory and apply it to an “ideal” workplace situation where you would find yourself in a leadership role. You will research the origins, literature, and practical applications, as well as conduct a thorough leadership assessment of your chosen theory within your own organization or your ideal work situation.
