Write a research on how smaller sites or implementing 45001 compared to larger sites and what do those implementations look like? The ISO 45001 is a policy framework that deals with protecting the occupational safety and health requirements for workers within an organization. The policy provides a rigid structure to be followed to perform corrective measures against hazards that may affect workers while on duty. The policy includes clauses that govern the implementation within the organization, which involve scope, normative reference, terms and conditions, the context of the organization, planning elements, leadership and worker involvement, support, operations, performance evaluation, and improvements.
This will employ a qualitative design case study method. The hypothesis is that if an organization is already ISO certified that implementation and total costs would be less. To reach the professionals who are responsible for implementations, I will need the use of a survey. Surveys are extremely useful in describing the characteristics of a targeted population; I am uncertain of any research method that will provide this broad capability.
By conducting a survey, this will ensure a more accurate sample to gather results in which to draw conclusions. This survey will be administered online through social media (LinkedIn). The survey will simply seek to understand how sites are Implementing 45001, what are the timelines in implementing, and what are the major hurdles?
It will be clearly stated that the survey answers will remain completely confidential. The steps in conducting my research with a survey will include:
Questionnaire design,
Sampling,
Data collection,
Analysis, and
Reporting.
