I Am completing my internship at UF Health SHands as a MSW Social Worker working with patients 18 and older who have only been admitted to the hospital
who need help with possible barriers thats preventing them from discharging or needing help with Advance directive , the list goes on, we do it all from substance treatment recommendations to hospice in place prior to leaving the hospital.
